At The Well Church, we believe everyone has a next step in their relationship with Jesus. Our heart is to help you grow closer to Him, get you connected with our church family, and live out the purpose He’s placed on your life.

Through the Next Steps journey, you’ll gain the tools and community you need to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference.  Each step is part of becoming who God created you to be and walking that out with community.

Foundations Class

Foundations is a 4-week class we offer every quarter on Sunday Mornings. It’s designed to help you grow in your faith and understand what it really means to follow Jesus.

Each week focuses on practical, simple truths that shape how we live with God and with others. You’ll learn things you can use in your everyday life, not just ideas to think about.

We’d love for you to join us and take this next step in your faith.

What Is a Community Connector?

A Community Connector is a friendly guide for new attenders of The Well Church. Their role is to help you find your place in our community—offering connection, conversation, and care as you begin your journey here. Each Connector walks alongside you as you go through our Next Steps Program, helping you feel seen, supported, and spiritually encouraged.

What They Do for You:

  • Welcome & Host You on Sundays — Your Connector will meet you at church, show you around, introduce you to others, and invite you to sit with them during service.

  • Stay Connected During the Week — They’ll check in with you to see how you’re doing in life, at church and encourage you as you take your next steps in our chuch.

  • Help You Build Relationships — Your Connector becomes a familiar face at The Well, helping you connect with others and find belonging in our church community.

  • Support Your Spiritual Growth — As you walk through the Next Steps Program together, your Connector will help you discover opportunities to grow, serve, and get involved.
